Terms of use

CabiPDF compresses and splits PDFs. You can process one document free before subscribing. The monthly plan costs BRL 5 and the annual plan BRL 50, billed in advance in Brazilian reais and automatically renewed for the same term until cancelled. Converted prices are estimates. Review the plan, total and payment method in Stripe Checkout before confirming.

Plans have no document quota per billing period. Each file may contain up to 500 pages and be up to 20 MB. Compression varies with content. Only process documents you are entitled to use and keep the original. The server processes PDFs in memory.

Cancellation and refunds

To stop renewal, sign in and select “Manage subscription” or submit the request below. Ordinary cancellation preserves access until the paid period ends. After the withdrawal period, cancellation alone does not automatically trigger a prorated refund.

Right of withdrawal

For online purchases you may withdraw within 7 calendar days of signing the contract or receiving the service, as applicable. CabiPDF counts from the later event. We refund the full amount, without fees or a reason, even if you used the service. We also voluntarily offer a full refund of each renewal charge if requested within 7 calendar days of that renewal.

Submit the form below or email support. Identify the purchase and state that you wish to withdraw. The form immediately confirms receipt with a reference number. We will immediately request reversal via the payment provider. Posting times depend on the institution. The subscription ends and future charges are cancelled.

Incorrect charges or service defects

Contact us even after 7 days. Brazilian consumer rights remain available, including, where applicable, repeat performance, reimbursement or a price reduction and repayment of twice the amount unduly paid, except in cases of justifiable error. We respond to requests within five days.
